A wonderful concert with special guest. Michael Niederer, former student of Richard M. Loatman, graduate of Notre Dame High School and currently starring in Samson at the Lancaster Sight & Sound Theatre.  This concert will feature some of our best repertoire from the past 10 years.

Free will offering ~ reception to follow

On Sunday afternoon June 12, 2016 at 4 PM Capital Singers of Trenton, under the direction of Founding Artist Director and Conductor Richard Loatman, will perform at Holy Innocents’ Church in Beach Haven on Long Beach Island. A free will offering will be taken, and a wonderful reception with delicious food and drink will follow the concert allowing our audience to meet with the conductor and performers.

The afternoon performance will feature choral selections from the Capital Singers’ recent Holy Innocents scenic
Choral Gems
concert, including works by Bach, Mozart, Bernstein, and Rutter. Also featured in the program will be Chanson from Suite Antiqua by John Rutter performed by Sr. Teresa Haug, IHM, flutist, accompanied by Louis F. Goldberg,  pianist. The audience will also be included in the music making by joining the choir on two hymns which will be accompanied by organists Mary Johnson Fuller and Ellen Dondero on Holy Innocents’ magnificent three manual Allen Bravura organ.

Bring your family and friends and join us “at the beach” for some beautiful music.
